As a Precision Metal Fabrication Welder I, you’ll transform blueprints into robust components, keep safety non-negotiable, and push quality higher with every pass. If you care about clean welds, tight tolerances, and teamwork, you’ll feel right at home here.
Your Impact- Configure and run welding equipment to meet production goals without compromising quality.
- Analyze blueprints/technical drawings to plan layout, sequence, and dimensions.
- Execute MIG welding to build parts and structures that meet exact specifications.
- Audit your output—inspect weld integrity and part conformity.
- Steward a safe, orderly work environment aligned with company protocols.
- Partner with teammates to elevate efficiency and standardize best practices.
- Support troubleshooting of weld quality and equipment performance.
- Sharp attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Comfort balancing independent tasks with collaborative work in a fast-paced shop.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications are advantageous.

We also offer a 2nd shift welding position with a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts) if you’re looking for a condensed schedule.
Offer: Hourly rate plus a 20% shift premium.
