Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to pediatric patients with acute medical conditions.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms closely.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families to provide updates and education.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN License required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience required.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications required.
• Two professional references from previous supervisory roles required.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced, critical care settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with healthcare teams and families.
