Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at the time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NIHSS and PALS certifications preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and provide care for adult and geriatric patients
• Strong critical care skills with confidence managing complex, high-acuity patients

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to ICU patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced critical care support
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions according to ICU standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Perform assessments, document care accurately, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Support patients with ventilator management, CRRT, arterial lines, and other critical care needs as assigned
• Maintain a patient-centered approach while adapting to a fast-paced clinical environment
• Float as needed based on scheduling requirements
