TRAVEL - RN - ICU - Day Shift

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Trauma ICU for a travel nursing job in Tyler, Texas.

Registered Nurse - Trauma ICU

This is a 13-week contract position.

The Trauma ICU is a Level I Trauma unit where you will provide critical care to patients in a high-acuity environment. Manage care for ventilated patients and administer blood products.

Perform central line care and monitor intracranial pressure (ICP).

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, particularly in a Trauma ICU setting.

Travel experience is preferred.

Current RN license in the state of practice.

Experience with Epic charting system is required.

Patient Care Details

Patient ratios are 1:2 during day shifts.

The unit typically has a daily census of 14 patients and consists of 14 rooms and 16 beds.
