Client Service Specialist

Title: Senior Client Service Specialist

Shifts:

Friday - Sunday Weekend Day Shift 5:30am-6:00 PM

Location: West Jefferson, OH

This role supports client operations inside a large 24 hour logistics warehouse.

You handle shipment issues, walk the floor, and work with vendors and internal teams.

The environment is fast paced and high pressure.

Responsibilities

Validate inbound shipments for quality and quantity
Resolve shipment issues with suppliers and vendors
Track issues using Excel and a Transportation Management System
Support shift based warehouse operations
Communicate updates to leadership and clients

Work split

60% desk work
40% warehouse floor

Requirements

3PL or supply chain operations experience
Client facing or customer service experience
Comfortable in high stress environments
Willing to work shifts

Compensation:

$45,000 to $50,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare
