Located in Apollo Beach, Florida, our office is dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to our clients. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a part-time basis.
About the Role: As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Coordinating patient appointments and scheduling
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Performing other administrative duties as needed
