Job Description The Automotive Service Technician services and repairs vehicles following all established standards and procedures. Duties may include pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure excellent working order for the customer. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs Ensure that required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards Aid in maintaining shop appearance and safety standards, including inventory stocking and other general functions Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic Safety and customer‑service oriented Basic computer and internet skills Outstanding communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to read and comprehend instructions Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Entry‑level technicians may have work experience Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Medical benefits Paid vacation Holidays Professional workplace, non‑smoking environment Drug‑free workplace Opportunity for advancement Direct deposit 401(k) with company match #J-18808-Ljbffr Victory Automotive Group
