POSITION TITLE: Coordinator, Claims CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt Position Overview ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, and Engineering. ADB is seeking a Claims Coordinator to strategically lead corporate compliance. The position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives related to the receipt, evaluation, and processing on incidents and potential claims. You will be responsible for guiding our customers through the claims process with empathy, accuracy, and speed, making sure we create a fast, easy, and effortless experience. Roles And Responsibilities Manages the dedicated claims phone line and email, ensuring timely intake and response to potential claims. Daily USPS mail processing of mail, invoices, and email to scan for intake and processing. Enters incident data, photos, and reports in the claims system. Establish new claims by taking customer’s First Notice of Loss Manage the prospective investigation and review of GL, Property and Auto claims to ensure payment integrity and provide immediate feedback on findings. Request appraisals, estimates, cause & origin reports, and various other reports, and various other reports to assist in the investigation of the claim. Communicate with customers using their preferred channel of communication (phone, email, text, or mail) Review estimates and reports and issue payments as owed under the policy contract. Adjust claim files with extremely high levels of attention to detail quality that exceed the expectations of internal/external auditor security, including ample documentation, regular dairy entries and quality application of coverage and compliance with all claims related laws and regulations. Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment. Conduct reoccurring claims review meetings with leadership to quickly resolve open claims. High level tier reporting on a weekly basis. Performs other position duties when requested. Success Factors A strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectation. Minimum of 1-3 years of prior proven experience as claims coordinator with relevant experience with third-party auto liability, general liability and property damage claims. Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft Windows on a PC including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Preferred but not required experience with NetSuite, Monday.com ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
