Legal Assistant - Insurance Reimbursement Team
Location: On-site - Creve Coeur 

Summary:
Support a high-volume insurance recovery team focusing on subrogation and third-party liability cases. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications with carriers and legal stakeholders, and ensuring case documentation is accurate and complete. Ideal for candidates with experience in insurance claims, healthcare billing, or legal administration, seeking a dynamic environment with potential for growth and permanent placement.
Requirements:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (4+ years) preferred
• Experience in insurance claims, subrogation, TPL, workers’ compensation, or legal admin preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume claim files and maintain detailed documentation
• Professional and service-oriented approach
  Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative tasks for active health plan recovery cases
• Answer inbound inquiries related to claims, liens, and coverage questions
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance carriers, and claim representatives
• Send notices, updates, and follow-up on documentation or missing materials
• Support case monitoring, flagging coverage or liability concerns
• Maintain case notes and communication logs in recovery systems
• Track reimbursements and escalate delays as needed
