Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3
• Operate and monitor Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) for critically ill patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for ICU patients
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health records
• Float within scope to other like units as needed to meet facility staffing needs
• Participate in emergency response team assignments as required, including during hurricane season (June–November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Active South Carolina RN license or Multistate/Compact RN license — must be in hand prior to start date
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• CRRT experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records charting system
• Ability to self-schedule and maintain flexibility to meet unit needs on a 6-week scheduling cycle
