Duration: Initial contract through December 12, 2026, with potential for extension

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional ERP/EDM Lead to support an Oracle implementation for the New York City Health + Hospitals (NYCHH) team. This role will focus on Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, enterprise data management, and financial data governance, with a strong preference for candidates who have PeopleSoft experience along with Oracle experience .

You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and implementation partners to support solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing system enhancements. The role will also provide secondary support for Oracle HCM modules, including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and basic Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Work with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Expenses, and Projects.
• Manage Chart of Accounts structures, financial reporting hierarchies, organizational hierarchies, and enterprise master data.
• Support data governance processes, including segment value management, approval workflows, data validation, and master data changes.
• Assist with Chart of Accounts redesign, financial reorganizations, and organizational hierarchy updates.
• Develop functional documentation, configuration workbooks, process flows, and test scripts.
• Lead and support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and quarterly Oracle Cloud release validations.
• Support integrations between Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, payroll, procurement, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, support data migration and reconciliation, and provide ongoing production support.
• Assist with Oracle HCM modules, including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and basic Scheduling.
• Provide guidance to business users and functional analysts on system processes, reporting structures, and data governance best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle ERP implementation and support experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Procurement.
• Experience with Chart of Accounts design, financial hierarchies, and enterprise master data governance.
• PeopleSoft experience combined with Oracle experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations, testing, data conversion, and quarterly releases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
