Litigation Attorney

Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California . Full-time position with ability to work remotely two days a week. Candidates must hold an active California Bar license .

Key Responsibilities:

• Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom matters, including file responsibility, motion practice, and depositions.

• Apply strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills in assigned matters.

Qualifications:

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience.

• Experience working with e-discovery software.

• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $165,000 – $185,000 annually (DOE).
