Required Education and/or Experience:
Terminal degree in a program within the College of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, and Education;
Strong record of teaching, research or creative activity sufficient to be appointed at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor;
Administrative experience as program coordinator or related administrative experience.
Preferred Education or Experience:
Experience as department chair, School director or related administrative experience;
Experience working at an institution serving non-traditional students;
Experience collaborating across programs, colleges, and non-academic units to facilitate events, initiatives, and budgetary commitments.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with human resource and finance teams on budget and personnel issues;
Work with Facilities and IT Services to maintain and develop space and technical resources;
Collaborate with college units and provost office to ensure accurate reporting;
Collaborate college units, college scheduler, and provost office to ensure effective course and facilities scheduling;
Innovate and maintain college success metrics;
Lead College strategic planning and self-study processes;
Collaborate and interface with numerous campus personnel, including other academic unit heads, and personnel in units such as Human Resources, Admissions, Records, Finance and Administration, Physical Plant and Purchasing among others.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated commitment to diversity;
Demonstrated commitment to faculty and student success;
Ability to leverage data systems such as Workday, Faculty Success, and SQLR Server Reporting Services to meet college and university needs;
