Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) CirculatorWe have partnered closely with a prominent regional healthcare system to secure a full-time, dedicated nursing professional for their surgical services division. We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) Circulator to join their clinical team. This position is ideal for an RN looking for a supportive environment that emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, robust administrative backing, and a strong culture of surgical excellence.Tucked into a scenic Montana community known for an exceptional quality of life and outdoor recreation, this role provides an ideal balance of professional clinical development and personal lifestyle stability.Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive clinical care for patients throughout the intraoperative phase of surgery.Ensure all patient care, safety interventions, and surgical documentation strictly adhere to AORN standards, recommended practices, and institutional guidelines.Act as the vital patient advocate and coordinator in the OR, managing the sterile field setup, patient positioning, and room workflow.Provide clinical direction and collaborative support to Surgical Technicians, Instrument Technicians, and Materials Management clerks within the room.Work in close synchronization with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the Nurse Manager to ensure excellent patient outcomes.Participate in the departmental on-call rotation to support urgent, emergent, or scheduled after-hours surgical cases.Maintain the ability to dual-function as a Scrub Nurse when clinically or operationally indicated.Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility).Certifications: Core certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required. CNOR national certification is highly desired.Experience: Previous professional Operating Room (OR) circulating experience is highly preferred.
