Physical Therapist - Acute Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM).

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with 2-5 years of experience in acute care and outpatient settings. The successful candidate will perform inpatient PT evaluations and treatments. The role requires an active NJ State license, BLS certification, and experience with Epic charting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct PT evaluations for inpatient care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2-5 years of experience in acute care and outpatient settings preferred.
• Active NJ State License required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
