Development Manager- Real Estate

Responsibilities
- Responsible for both the execution of development projects and leadership of project teams
- Coordinate and oversee architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the development process.
- Review the overall project budget and provide guidance on cost and schedule assumptions for accurate underwriting
- Provide oversight for the completion of site acquisition checklists, risk assessments, etc and report to Company executive team in support of acquisition efforts
- Review project close-out and turnover documentation generation and ensure compliance with lender, tenant, and prospective purchaser requirements
- Provide oversight for permits and close-out documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
- Pre construction/estimating experience is required
- 7 years+ of development real estate construction experience
