What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and group counseling services Complete behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans Deliver crisis intervention and support services Coordinate care with healthcare providers, community agencies, and support programs Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records Assist clients with accessing medical, behavioral health, housing, and social service resources Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical discussions Support clients through recovery, stabilization, and goal achievement Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Connecticut licensure as one of the following: LMSW LPC or LPCA LMFT LADC Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with mental health, substance use, homelessness, or related populations Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish-English Experience facilitating group therapy sessions Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and community-based behavioral health programs Familiarity with community resources throughout the Hartford area Why Join? $33.00 per hour Opportunity to work with a highly regarded community organization Collaborative and supportive clinical team environment Meaningful work serving individuals with complex behavioral health needs Professional growth and ongoing training opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
