If you are someone who can be yourself, advocate for others, stay nimble, dream big, own every outcome, and think global but act local – come join our team!This role is responsible for performing independent end-to-end management of construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse portfolio of loans, sponsors and clients across all commercial real estate property sectors and for processing borrower consents, financial analysis, and other ad hoc asset management duties that fall within respective contracted scope of service as well as overseeing junior staff performing these functions. This position involves a high level of interaction with asset management and loan management teams to deliver accurate, timely and consistently high-quality deliverables.Essential Job Functions:Ensure tasks assigned to team members are completed in a timely manner while adhering to all internal control requirements, audit standards, and client service levels.Perform QC of junior team members’ work product to ensure SitusAMC’s high standards are achieved in terms of quality, accuracy and completeness. Manage client expectations and serve as an initial point of contact for process clarification and project coordination for respective areas of responsibility. Supervise and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to exceed client needs. Review draw packages for accuracy, coordinate receipt of missing information from borrower, confirm all disbursement conditions have been satisfied in accordance with relevant loan documentation and communicate deficiencies to Lender where applicable.Manage borrower consent requests including collection of required documents, confirmation of completed package and coordination of approval with co-lenders in accordance with relevant loan documentation.Monitor capital sources and uses to confirm the loan remains in balance and coordinate resolution of imbalance with Borrower when applicable.Review TI/LC allowances and change orders to confirm compliance with the loan documentation and leases.Analyze and prepare recommendations for Lender approval (if applicable) for construction or disbursement items noted in the loan documents.Review invoices and lien waivers.Order and review inspection reports and title updates/endorsements/date downs.Update budget trackers and confirm minimum hard and/or soft cost contingencies remain at or above minimums required by loan documents.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables, maintaining excellent service delivery and high-quality customer satisfaction.Correspond with Sponsors/Borrowers for updates on property-level items such as capital expenditure projects, leasing progress, and construction status.Assist leadership in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and defects to identify areas for improvement.Escalate non-compliant issues to senior leadership and provide support for resolution where required.Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager. Qualifications/ Requirements:Bachelor’s degree; preferred field of study: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferredMinimum of 8+ years of industry and/or combination of relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalentExperience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset management preferredProficiency with major property types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily)Basic knowledge of specialty property types (hotels and condominiums)Proficiency with advanced CRE principles including underwriting, loan servicing and treasury practicesProficient with common CRE calculations and concepts: IRR’s, NPV, DSCR’s, DY, NOI/NCFBasic knowledge of all deal types (transitional, development, pre-development, repositioning, and stabilized properties)Basic knowledge of complex debt positions (participations, syndications, CLO’s, senior and mezzanine debt, warehouse and repo lines)Ability to create complex financial models in Excel or similar programs and demonstrate strong analytical skills.Build and maintain strategic client relationships as a trusted advisor and escalation point, ensuring service alignment.Lead, mentor, and/or manage high-performing group of asset management services professionals, fostering a culture of internal cooperation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate with all functional verticals and respective leaders to assist with the execution of business's strategic goals and initiatives while fostering an environment of collaboration and cooperation to ensure success of day-to-day deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage and present to stakeholders and all levels of the business.Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills; ability to address complex issues and provide clear recommendations for resolution. Ability to lead and contribute to a high performing team in a fast paced, high-volume environment by providing guidance on task workflow, prioritization and meeting requisite deadlinesAbility to influence adoption of new software applications, new processes on various technology platforms and manage occasional testing by loan management for new technology deployments Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Experience with industry-related technologies such as Enterprise! Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
