Coaching required. Qualifications Professional Educator License awarded by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) or an Associate Educator License (AEL) to be eligible to apply to Jordan School District and participate in our Alternate Pathway to Professional Educator Licensing (APPEL) Program when hired. Proof of an AEL is required before you will be added to the candidate pool. Proof of enrollment in a teacher certification program at a local university will also be accepted in lieu of an AEL. The District contributes into the URS plan on your behalf each month.
