Job Description

Under the supervision of the Production Area Lead, the Wax Injector position is accountable for:

• Shooting dies
• Meeting cell production needs
• Ensuring quality of the patterns you shoot
• Showing the supervisor first pattern you shoot on each setup
• Setting parameters in the machine
• Getting tooling from shelves and setting up on the machine
• Reading the Quality Book, and P.M.S. sheets for each job
• Ensuring storage bolts are in the tool when putting tooling away
• Keeping the machine and tooling clean

Organization Location: 3960 S Marginal Rd, Cleveland, OH 44114

Salary: $20/hr.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) from an accredited institution (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Previous injection molding machine experience
• Ability to effectively work and communicate as part of a cell team

While not exposed to hazardous materials, this position requires wearing PPE (personal protection equipment). Following all basic safety precautions will reduce risk of potential injury. This position requires anywhere from light to moderate physical activity, such as walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time, as well as some lifting.
