• Salary Range: $35.00 - $48.00

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering personalized nursing care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position involves collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, to ensure comprehensive care planning and execution. The RN is expected to demonstrate proficiency and operate within the full spectrum of nursing knowledge, adhering to age and population-specific standards relevant to their clinical environment.

Responsibilities include caring for patients throughout various stages of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as they progress through the continuum of care. Key duties encompass:

• Planning and coordinating patient care
• Conducting patient assessments
• Providing patient education
• Triage and executing various nursing interventions

The RN will function in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and relevant Administrative Rules in their state of practice and licensure. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, which may include institutions recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
• A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred.
• Possession of an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing in the state where practice occurs, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Must obtain and maintain necessary department-specific competencies and certifications.
