Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Details: Litigation Associate Attorney A nationally recognized law firm is seeking highly qualified associates with at least three years of litigation experience to join its high-profile Trial, White Collar, and Investigations practice. Candidates should have hands-on experience conducting legal research, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation. Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Strong legal writing and analytical skills are required.
