It now has over 643 stores in more than 78 markets and an online presence in 215 markets.The brand was originally aimed at men's fashion. Starting in 1995, women’s fashion was launched in all its dimensions: from the most urban lines to the more casual. Massimo Dutti has consolidated at all levels as a group with national and international growth and has reached over today.Since September 2006, Massimo Dutti has been fully designing and marketing the following lines: Women: Womenswear, Accessories, Fragrances for Men: Menswear, Accessories, Personal Tailoring, Fragrances.Purpose:Responsible for implementing the commercial strategy, upholding company standards, and tailoring approaches to meet customer preferences.Profile:• Interested and knowledgeable about product, fashion trends, and competitors in the local retail market.• Capable of showcasing the brand’s personality and attracting the customer’s vision through analysis and merchandising.• Responsible for the overall image of their section and adapting the layout according to the type of customer.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure the store maintains image standards.• Propose collection distributions in the sales floor (layout).• Collaborate with the managers to achieve greater impact in sales.• Plans new arrivals, determines their placement, and manages product rotation.• Ensures that display levels are appropriately matched to the store’s available space always following company guidelines.• Follow and execute all the commercial strategies set by the company• Oversee the restocking of merchandise.• Conducts product analysis, including identifying product stock limitations, assessing competition, and tracking trends; and applies these insights to commercial actions.• Appropriate use of the in-store furniture and mannequins.People:• To be aware of the risks of employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.• Continuously trains staff on visual merchandising and commercial strategies• Effectively communicates and provides feedback to the manager and other store leader (managers, experts and specialists.Requirements:• 2 years of experience in a related role within the fashion retail sector.• Good team management skills.• Visual flair and creative thinking required.• Comfortable with communicating thoughts and ideas about product on daily basis.• Numeric and analytic skills.• Open/Flexible availability.• Customer Service oriented.• Highly organized and detailed orientated.• Passion for fashion.• Excellent communication skills.• Ability to lead by example, motivate and develop staff.• Ability to work under pressure.• Initiative and self-motivation.• Time management.• Initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive.Massimo Dutti USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
