Safety Assistant / Recruiter

Main Responsibilities:
Assist with driver recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
Conduct driver orientation and training
Monitor driver behavior through Samsara
Assist the Safety Manager with claims handling and inspections
Maintain driver and safety records
Requirements:
Fluent English
Spanish is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of the trucking industry
Ability to work in an office environment
