Seeking a motivated Licensed Health Insurance Agent to work remotely in a part-time or full-time capacity, guiding seniors through health insurance options, enrolling them in suitable plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities Engage in inbound and outbound sales calls to provide information on health insurance options and enroll customers in appropriate plans Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, follow-ups, and addressing concerns Achieve sales goals while complying with CMS standards and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system Required qualifications Active and valid resident health insurance license Minimum of 2 years of Medicare Sales experience High school diploma or GED Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web browsing tools
