Licensed Health Insurance Agent
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (with occasional extended hours during peak seasons)
Pay: $18 per hour DOE


About the Role


Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a local client for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent . This role is ideal for someone passionate about advocating for seniors and helping clients confidently navigate healthcare coverage options.


The position begins with front-office and client support responsibilities and transitions into a full Client Advocate role upon licensure (if not already licensed). This is a long-term career opportunity with growth potential.


Responsibilities

• Advise clients on health insurance plans and guide them through coverage options
• Advocate for senior clients with professionalism and empathy
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Assist with administrative and office support duties
• Participate in community networking and outreach events
• Support clients efficiently during busy enrollment seasons

Qualifications

• Active Montana Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior office experience required
• Experience in medical front/back office, pharmacy technician roles, or senior services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to handle testing environments and stressful situations effectively
• Willingness to work occasional extended hours during peak seasons
