Talent Insights Consultant (US)

Position Title Talent Insights Consultant (US) Location This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week in Indianapolis, IN. The remaining days may be worked virtually. Responsibilities Provide expert consultation and recommendations to leverage data for improving business performance in complex organizations. Perform data mining, analytics, interpretation, and statistical modeling to drive better workforce outcomes. Develop data mining techniques, reports, statistical methods, predictive models, and analytical capabilities using structured and unstructured data. Connect program and process data to performance outcomes, develop advanced dashboards, scorecards, and metrics reflecting learning, workforce and business objectives. Interpret and explain data implications, offering actionable recommendations to enhance individual and organizational performance. Train users on dashboards and interactive analytical reporting tools. Articulate study findings to stakeholders, crafting actionable insights and recommendations. Consult with Human Resources, Learning & Development, and business units to evaluate needs, develop analytics plans, select data elements, conduct data sourcing, extract techniques, identify trends, correlate data, and provide statistical modeling. Provide data analysis and technical coaching to Talent Insights team members. Minimum Requirements BA/BS in business, mathematics, or a related field. At least 8 years of data collection and analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences MS (Master’s) degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, formulas). Experience creating clear data visualizations and translating analyses into actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience presenting findings to stakeholders using data storytelling. Tableau, Power BI, Workday, ServiceNow, or Moveworks experience preferred.
