LPN RN Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Silvis Center Rehab and Care in Silvis, Illinois . As a key member of our leadership team, the ADON will play a vital role in providing high‑quality patient care and overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department. If you are a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) with a passion for nursing leadership and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff to ensure delivery of high‑quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and staff satisfaction Collaborate with medical staff, other departments, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed Participate in budgeting, planning, and decision‑making processes to ensure efficient use of resources Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field License/Certifications: Current RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment; knowledge of nursing regulations and standards; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
