Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 SouthMarietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060. Job Summary Provides strategic guidance to leadership and delivers optimalsolutions for projects. Actively participates in the developmentand execution of medium to large projects and feasibility studieswithin budgetary parameters. Conducts comprehensive reviews andconsultations with project sponsors, leveraging available data toinform decision-making processes before project submission.Additionally, contributes expertise in planning, development, andpost-project evaluation. Collaborates with cross-functional teamsto analyze and formulate strategies for new projects, ensuringtimely and efficient implementation aligned with projectobjectives. Responsibilities Works with leadership to establish project objectives, craftplans that align with organizational goals, and strategicallyoversee progress to ensure optimal outcomes Ensures the seamless continuity of process flow and action itemsfrom project planning meetings, and strategic alignment ismaintained, fostering efficiency and effectiveness Manages project plans with a strategic lens, consideringschedule, cost, and scope adjustments in light of overarchingproject objectives and organizational strategy Identifies pivotal decisions along the critical path andstrategically communicates them to project stakeholders, offeringinsights into potential impacts and strategic implications Offers strategic guidance and support to both the project teamand managers, leveraging consulting expertise to optimize projectperformance and strategic alignment Actively cultivates and sustains strategic relationships withcampus partners, fostering collaboration and leverage strategicalliances to enhance project outcomes Delivers strategic coordination and training in projectmanagement methodologies, empowering teams with strategic tools andinsights to drive project success Engages in collaborative decision-making with project teammembers, providing strategic input to enhance project outcomes andalign with organizational strategy Analyzes data strategically and presents insights supported bydata to more effectively assess projects, offering strategicrecommendations and insights to drive informed decision-making andenhance project strategy Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of highereducation in a related field Required Experience One (1) year of related experience Preferred Qualifications Additional Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional Certification Preferred Educational Qualifications An advanced degree from an accredited institution of highereducation in a related field Preferred Experience Experience with project management software solutions Experience in higher education Proposed Salary The budgeted salary is $51,600 - $64,500 per year.
