Patent Prosecution & Litigation Associate - Electrical Engineering & Software - Multiple Offices

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a mid-to-senior-level Associate in any office to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering & Software Team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar

• Experience with AI/machine learning, software design and development, semiconductors, and medical devices is a plus

• Candidates will have between 4 to 7 years of experience

• Must be licensed to practice law or can become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work

• Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities

The national average salary range for this role is $225,000 - $280,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
