Production success depends on reliable equipment. You’ll be the reliability champion who prevents failures, solves problems fast, and strengthens our operation every day.

Your Impact

Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of production equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults; resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Own controls troubleshooting—PLC experience required.
Document all maintenance work and track equipment performance metrics.
Collaborate across shifts to improve reliability, throughput, and safety.
Ensure full adherence to safety standards and best practices.
Support installation and start-up of new machinery.
Coach and train staff on proper equipment operation and care.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Proven background as an Equipment Maintenance Technician, Mechanic, or related role.
Expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Familiar with CMMS/maintenance software and standard shop tools.
Works well independently and within a team environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
