About the Role:
Oakleaf Landscape Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in West Tisbury, MA!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for office and field staff
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records
- Coordinate communication between crews and clients
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and parts
- Support management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Portuguese) candidates preferred
- Experience in QBO, Word, and Excel is a plus
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
- Experience in the landscaping, construction, or trades industry is a plus
