Our team members come from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we value the unique strengths each person contributes.Exposure to global customs brokerage operations and client-facing logistics solutions.Opportunities to strengthen expertise in data, reporting tools, and customs systems (e.g., Customs Navigator).A flexible, remote-friendly environment that supports work-life balanceOngoing learning and development within a collaborative, cross-functional organization.About the roleThis role is ideal for someone who combines operational customs expertise with strong client engagement and data-driven decision-making, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction across complex logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between CHB Account Managers, clients, and customs brokerage operations to ensure seamless service deliveryMonitor shipment entries, identify exceptions or delays, and proactively communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve issuesDevelop, maintain, and distribute performance metrics and client-facing reports using internal tools such as Customs NavigatorSupport client onboarding activities, including documentation processes and operational setupCoordinate and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with client stakeholders and internal teamsCollaborate with Account Managers on shipment tracking, entry follow-ups, and reporting to avoid service disruptionsMaintain and update SOPs while supporting compliance monitoring and staying aligned with evolving customs regulationsWhat We Are Looking For:Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement, someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every dayMinimum 5 years of experience in Customs Brokerage Operations, with strong exposure to import processesWorking knowledge of customs regulations, CBP requirements, and Partner Government Agencies (FDA, EPA, CPSC, etc.)Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets and translate data into actionable insightsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in reporting and data presentationStrong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teamsYour ImpactIn this role, you will directly influence client satisfaction and operational performance by serving as a key link between customers and customs brokerage teams, ensuring timely issue resolution, accurate reporting, and seamless service delivery. Your ability to proactively identify risks, provide data-driven insights, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders will help improve efficiency, reinforce compliance, and strengthen long-term client relationships while contributing to continuous improvement across operations.Job Type: Full TimeSalary: $70,000 - $80,000*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
