We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to support the growth of our home health team through full-cycle recruiting. In this role, you will identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at building strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for home health positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and workforce priorities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical home health roles
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support a smooth and timely hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related human resources function
• Prior experience recruiting for healthcare or home health roles is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and selection
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually

Fully Remote based in Bedford, Indiana
