Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Public Relations Associate to support promotional outreach, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, representing a company, building relationships, and creating opportunities for customer growth. Responsibilities Represent the company during promotional events and community activities. Engage with prospective customers and provide information about products and services. Support promotional initiatives designed to increase customer interest and sales. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Distribute promotional materials and support customer engagement activities. Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities. Assist with community outreach and promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and sales goals. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales techniques. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
