Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Urgent Care & Primary CareExperCARE is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. This position provides clinical support in both our urgent care and primary care settings, delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. Flexibility, strong clinical skills, and a positive attitude are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesRoom patients and obtain accurate vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaintsAssist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatmentsAdminister medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments as orderedPerform specimen collection, phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing, and other clinical procedures within scope of practiceAssist with wound care, splinting, suture removal, and other minor proceduresPrepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environmentDocument patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up careMonitor patient flow to promote efficient clinic operationsEnsure compliance with infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standardsMaintain medical supplies and assist with inventory managementSupport both urgent care and primary care workflows based on daily clinic needsProvide excellent customer service to patients, families, and team membersCollaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered careQualificationsCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practiceCurrent CPR/BLS certificationPrevious experience in urgent care, family practice, emergency medicine, or primary care preferredExperience with phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and point-of-care testing preferredStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentProficient with electronic medical records (EMR)Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered careSchedule & AvailabilityFull-time opportunities availableMust be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWhy Join ExperCARE?At ExperCARE, we're reimagining healthcare by providing convenient, compassionate, and high-quality care for our communities.
