Sr. Litigation / Trial Paralegal (1A03AFB63C511eb9) Dallas, Texas Senior Litigation/Trial Paralegal Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 7 + Years Search Type: Confidential Law Firm Opportunity Compensation: $95K - $120K Depending On Experience Position Overview A well-established litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation/Trial Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of complex litigation. This position places a strong emphasis on trial preparation, courtroom support, case management, and high-volume litigation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working under pressure, and experienced in supporting matters from case inception through verdict. Candidates should have substantial litigation experience and the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple active matters. Experience supporting mass tort or multidistrict litigation is highly desirable, and multi-state federal litigation experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, courtroom proceedings, and post-trial activities. Manage attorney calendars, appointments, meetings, court dates, discovery deadlines, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial schedules. Assist with document collection, review, organization, production, privilege analysis, and case-file management. Draft, revise, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, subpoenas, notices, and trial-related documents. Prepare and maintain trial binders, exhibit lists, witness files, demonstratives, deposition materials, chronologies, and other trial-readiness materials. Coordinate subpoenas and the appearance of fact witnesses and expert witnesses. Assist attorneys with witness preparation and trial strategy materials. Manage discovery and large-scale document productions, including the organization and review of electronically stored information. Coordinate logistical arrangements for trials, hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and war-room operations. Conduct factual and legal research as requested. Provide in-court trial support, including exhibit management, witness coordination, and courtroom technology assistance. Track the identification, admission, and use of exhibits throughout trial. Coordinate professionally with attorneys, clients, witnesses, experts, courts, opposing counsel, and outside vendors. Proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, spelling, formatting, and compliance with applicable court and firm requirements. Maintain accurate, organized, and current electronic and physical case files and perform additional litigation-support duties as assigned. Required Qualifications At least 7 years of Trial litigation experience. Meaningful hands-on experience with trial preparation and courtroom support. Experience supporting attorneys through multiple phases of complex litigation. Strong understanding of litigation procedures and terminology. Experience managing discovery, document productions, exhibits, witnesses, and trial materials. Ability to manage a high volume of cases, assignments, and competing deadlines. Excellent organizational, case-management, proofreading, and document-formatting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while exercising professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting mass tort or other high-volume litigation. Experience with multidistrict litigation. Experience with multi-state federal litigation. Experience supporting attorneys during lengthy or complex trials. Proficiency with courtroom presentation technology and litigation-support software.
