The Bank of America Transformative Healthcare Group is seeking a Commercial Associate to join our team. The Transformative Healthcare Group focuses on the middle‑market healthcare industry, providing traditional banking, capital raising, and advisory services to public and private healthcare companies with annual revenues generally ranging from $50 million to $2 billion. This group is a specialized team within the Global Commercial Bank. The Transformative Healthcare Group maintains a leadership position within the industry, manages numerous syndicated and capital markets‑agented transactions, and works closely with Global Investment Banking. The team brings deep industry expertise and a comprehensive suite of solutions to support the complex financial needs of healthcare services and life sciences companies. Our client relationship teammates, located in the U.S. and around the globe, partner across our company to provide a wide range of financial services, integrated working capital management and treasury solutions, and underwriting and advisory services. Commercial Associates will develop foundational skills in financial analysis, client relationship support, and commercial banking operations that Bank of America delivers to our Commercial Banking clients. Job Description: This job is responsible for delivering analytical research and data-driven insights to support commercial banking client and prospect needs with banking and product partners. Key responsibilities include developing economic and market insights, industry analysis, pitchbooks, and relationship reviews that inform strategy, and providing support throughout interactions. Job expectations include leveraging data to tell stories, supporting internal idea generation and transaction execution, strengthening client engagement, and observing client interactions to build foundational knowledge.
