• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a related school support role preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff

• Ability to follow guidance from lead teachers and administrators
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework related to education or special education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Support teachers in preparing classroom materials and managing activities
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Supervise students during classroom, transition, and lunch/recess periods
