Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Customer Account Representative to build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support account growth. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting products and services, and working toward measurable sales goals.
Responsibilities
* Present products and services based on customer needs.
* Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Engage with prospective customers and support new business opportunities.
* Follow up with customers and prospects to support sales growth.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Support promotional and customer engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer retention goals.
* Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
* Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
* Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or account support is a plus but not required.
