Driving the successful migration of a complex Equity Management platform, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent enterprise migrations, serving as the primary customer advocate while collaborating with product and engineering teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead customer-facing engagement throughout migration projects, serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise banking clients Collaborate with customers and product team to design highly customized solutions that address complex, unique business requirements Manage multiple concurrent migrations with varying complexity levels, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across time zones Required Qualifications 7+ years in direct client-facing product roles with a proven track record managing large-scale enterprise deliverables Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations and system integrations Proven ability to manage complex, highly customized customer projects while maintaining product integrity Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working between customers, product, and engineering Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa
