We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Supervisor to oversee our residential retrofit installation teams. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on organizing crews, coordinating materials, communicating with customers, and improving field performance.

Compensation: $70,000+ - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time, year-round

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our retrofit installation operations. This includes coordinating crew schedules, handling material procurement, supporting technical needs in the field, and ensuring clear communication with customers. You will also mentor installers, uphold quality standards, and step into installation work when necessary.

Key Duties

• Organize and lead morning dispatch and daily crew assignments
• Monitor active jobs, manage punch lists, and enforce quality expectations
• Order materials and prepare job sites efficiently
• Complete site layouts, drawings, and provide technical guidance
• Visit job sites regularly to coach teams, improve processes, and reduce labor waste
• Oversee warranty tracking and develop methods to minimize callbacks
• Keep customers informed about scheduling and project timelines
• Establish and maintain consistent installation standards and best practices
• Serve as an installer when additional field support is required

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid HVAC Journeyman's License
• Demonstrated experience as a field supervisor or lead installer (residential or commercial preferred)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously while setting a positive example
• Excellent customer communication and phone etiquette
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
