Job Details

Job Title: Director of Clinical Education - Physician Assistant Program

Employment: Direct Hire, Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 32 hours in-person and 8 hours remote.
Salary: $110-130k + great benefits
Relocation Assistance: Offered
Location: Hybrid, in Dallas, TX.


Responsibilities

Lead development, expansion and maintenance of clinical rotation sites nationwide
Develop and provide ongoing management of the clinical portion of the program
Act as a liaison between the preceptor, student, and program
Provide continuous self-assessment and evaluation of the clinical portion of the program in accordance with the ARC-PA standards.

Requirements:

• Physician Assistant Program with a minimum of a master’s degree
• NCCPA Certification
• Physician Assist License - Board Certified
• 3 years Clinical Experience as practicing PA + 3 leadership experience
