A Senior Product Manager, Data is sought to lead the development of a comprehensive data platform. This role encompasses oversight of data pipelines, reporting measures, and analytics, while ensuring data quality processes are met. The individual will collaborate with engineering, analytics, clinical teams, and Artificial Intelligence teams to enhance and scale data products. Additionally, the position supports integration initiatives and healthcare interoperability efforts, making it crucial for improving healthcare outcomes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a mission-driven and innovative environment focused on healthcare technology.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000

Location: Remote

Senior Product Manager, Data Responsibilities:

• Manage the data pipeline from client data intake through analytics and reporting
• Lead planning and coordination for data product releases and quality checks
• Partner with engineering and analytics teams to improve data quality and reporting processes
• Support integration projects
• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements in data validation and analytics workflows
• Turn customer and internal feedback into product roadmap priorities
• Work with clinical, commercial, and marketing teams to communicate data capabilities
• Track product goals, progress, and key performance metrics

Senior Product Manager, Data Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing data or platform products in healthcare
• Experience working with hospital claims, administrative, or clinical data
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards
• Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and large-scale data pipelines
• Comfortable with data modeling concepts
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with systems like Epic or Oracle Health/Cerner
• Experience supporting product features or workflows
• Knowledge of cardiovascular health is preferred
• Experience with cardiovascular registry data
• Experience building analytics products for hospitals or healthcare systems is preferred
• Experience on small, fast-growing product teams is preferred
• Experience supporting expansion into new markets or clinical areas is preferred
