We are seeking an Advanced Production Operator for the 3rd shift Palletizer Operator role. The schedule will be Mon-Fri, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The operator will safely operate forklifts and palletizer systems, maintain accurate counts, and ensure product quality and presentation within EQMS and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner with knowledge of warehouse layout, feed codes, and date codes.
• Keep the palletizer operating safely and efficiently, including palletizer machinery and shrink wrapper.
• Maintain adequate supplies of slip-sheets, pallets, and shrink-wrap to support operations.
• Place finished product in proper locations per EQMS guidelines and maintain accurate counts of all good product handled.
• Communicate production counts and variances, including setoffs and metal detector kickoffs, to the Packer Operator for work order completion.
• Properly store all empty bags in assigned locations and monitor the palletizer discharge to prevent shutdowns.
• Remove product at end of line, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with maintenance to sustain operations.
• Deliver clean, well-presented, damage-free product to the customer and complete all required paperwork, written and electronic.
• Comply with site GMPs, housekeeping, safety, environmental, quality, and production programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry-level role; prior experience not required. Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 60 pounds from floor to 50 inches using safe practices.
• Comfort working at heights on bins, legs, and equipment as required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to perform simple math with a calculator.
• Positive team orientation, mechanical aptitude, and reliable communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Repete Automation System.
• Experience operating palletizers, shrink wrappers, and forklifts.
