Manager, Operations & Compliance [US based operating 501[c][3]$160,000 - $210,000 + Bonus PittsburghA progressive, Global - AI US headquartered private operational cornerstone 501[c][3] seeking a Manager, Operations & Compliance.Oversee the process for Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), agreements, and collaborations for Worldwide initiatives.Take charge of the entire agreement cycle management process: from intake to routing to the appropriate reviewers (grant compliance advisor, external legal).Ensure daily adherence to compliance regulations.Act as the sole point of responsibility for in-country compliance and reporting for International program branches.Coordinate Intellectual Property (IP) related tasks such as trademark registrations, ownership structures, and safeguards for exclusive AI tools and program output data.ExperienceExperience working with a 501[c][3] operation on a global scale.5-12 years of experience in operations, compliance, or non-profit sectors with exposure to international entities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Knowledge of project management or workflow platforms (such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.).Experience with compliance tracking systems.
