Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet clients and take accurate messages, including proper return phone number and caller's name; receive deliveries and faxes Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and correspondence Ensure accuracy of all documents Perform administrative duties including research, filing, mailings, organizing files, and calendaring Conduct legal research as assigned using various resources Make copies and handle other clerical tasks Enter billable hours into billing software daily Perform other tasks as requested by Firm Management Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Law firm experience preferred Domestic experience preferred Familiarity with PC programs Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in family law or litigation is a plus for senior positions Company Description Stange Law Firm, PC is a multi-state family law firm ranked as one of the fastest-growing firms in the country.
