Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of OT treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, aligned with department objectives.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed to meet goals.
- Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary care, coordinating with other team members for group-based activities and care planning.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs; support discharge planning and transitions of care.

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license to practice in California.
- Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (Master’s preferred; Doctorate considered acceptable).
- Ability to work in an acute care/inpatient environment with rotating shifts.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to support an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred; applicable US work eligibility.
