Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager

Operations Manager — Green Touch Inc. (Ogden, UT) Green Touch Inc. is a well-established commercial landscape maintenance company serving Weber and Davis Counties for over 35 years. We maintain properties for trusted clients including credit unions, retail centers, and HOAs, and pride ourselves on reliability and quality service. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day field performance. You’ll be the connective tissue between our crews, our clients, and ownership — making sure jobs are scheduled right, done right, and clients stay happy. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily scheduling and routing for maintenance crews across commercial accounts Manage and support the field manager and crew manager to ensure consistent quality control Serve as a key point of contact for commercial clients on service issues and escalations Monitor equipment/fleet maintenance and manage vendor relationships Track labor costs, job profitability, and crew productivity Ensure safety compliance and proper training across crews Help build out systems and processes that reduce owner-dependency Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of field staff What We’re Looking For: 3+ years in operations, field management, or a supervisory role (landscaping/green industry strongly preferred) Strong organizational and people‑management skills Comfortable with scheduling software, basic budgeting, and client communication Valid driver’s license; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Someone who wants ownership over outcomes, not just a paycheck Compensation: Pay DOE (Depending on Experience) — competitive for the Ogden/Weber-Davis market, with room to grow as the role expands.
