We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher. As a CDM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care, comfort, and satisfaction for our patients and residents.

About the Role:

As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for managing the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Your expertise will enable us to provide nutritious and appealing meals that meet the unique needs of our patients and residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the dietary department, including supervising dietary staff and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of patients and residents, including those with specialized diets and preferences
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure food safety, quality, and presentation
• Develop and maintain relationships with food vendors and suppliers
• Monitor and control food costs, supplies, and inventory
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and projects

• Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
